What’s your favorite part about teaching yoga?
I get to share a way of life that has made me a happier person and help people cultivate so many wonderful qualities: curiosity, playfulness, devotion, self-respect, equanimity, peace, and so on. It’s a special community to be a part of.
What floats your boat about yoga?
