Private Yoga Classes, Massage Therapy, Astrology Readings by Thomas

Private Home Yoga Classes: I have been offering home classes for the past few years and really love this experience. This is an opportunity to invite your friends and family for a more personal yoga experience, in a known environment. Any level of practice can be requested, from Intro to Yoga to an Intermediate practice. These classes have opened the Yoga door to many new students and can be a safe experience for someone new. I have a full load of yoga props which I will bring, sticky mats, blankets, straps, blocks and eyebags. Yoga Class at Home: $150 for 90 minutes.

Massage: I have been giving massage since 1997 and worked for 5 years on the Esalen massage crew. I give massages everwhere I go and would love to share this with you. Massage at your home: contact me for pricing.

Astrology: I’ve been reading Astrology charts since 1998 and feel this is an ancient skill which comes through me. I have a write up on my website, www.yogawiththomas.com, that explains what happens in a reading and my view of astrology and metaphysics. 90 minutes sessions, $150.

Thomas Michael Fortel is a long time practitioner of yoga. Firmly grounded in the knowledge of the physical body, his teaching focuses on weaving body and mind with spiritual reality through the rhythm of the breath. Thomas grew up in St. Louis and attended his first yoga classes here, during and after completing a BSN in Nursing and a BA in Sociology at St. Louis University. He presently lives in Big Sur, CA. Thomas is also an experienced astrologer, massage therapist and painter.
