Yoga instructor Julie Bergfeld leads an hour-long Power Vinyasa Basics class every Monday in the newly remodeled Studio B at 7:30pm. With a focus on basic yoga poses, alignment, and breathing, this is an excellent class for those who are new to hot yoga or prefer a gentler heatedÊpractice. Benefits of a warm practice include greater flexibility, increased stamina, and reduced joint and muscle fatigue.
Julie is in ongoing training with Baron Baptiste. She has completed LevelsÊI andÊII teacher training. Bergfeld uses yoga as one tool in her training as an Elite Masters marathon runner. She will bring power and peace to your practiceÊandÊtoÊyourÊlife.
